It was an absolute pleasure staying at this very lovely hotel. It was my first time in this country and I was a bit nervous for this trip. But after this experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was fabulous. But it wasn’t the perfect location, flawless housekeeping, lovely breakfast spread, exceptional transportation accommodations, and adorable cats around the hotel, that made me adore this place. It was the friendliness, attentiveness, and charming hospitality of the skillful workers here. The manager, Zeynep couldn’t have been more of an angel during my stay. She truly made me feel like my comfortability was her top priority. And Karem really went above and beyond to fix my American anxiety-filled issues. I was so grateful and very impressed!!! With their big hearts, sweet words, extreme helpfulness, welcoming smiles and mannerisms, these are truly beautiful people. I wish I booked my stay a little longer! I definitely plan on coming back and staying here again. I recommend the Bankerhan Hotel to anyone who wants to experience true hospitality.
