This is my fifth year bringing friends and staying in the Galata Tower area. This hotel is bar none the best around. The rooms are super clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and incredibly accommodating. We needed a late checkout due to a hideous departure flight time and they found a way to assist. The best part was the roof top breakfast. The little complementary beverages at the reception were a hit with the adults and kids as well as the loofah mitts and slippers. I’d give them a 10/10 if I could. Special thanks to the whole front desk staff. And especially Özge at guest relations was a gem. The service is really impeccable.
