Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites - Ultra All Inclusive

Our stay at the hotel is coming to an end, and I'd like to share my review. The hotel is wonderful – the grounds are well-maintained, with lots of greenery and trees, birds, and relaxation areas. The pool area has an ice cream and fresh fruit area, as well as a bar. There are three pools for adults and a mini water park for children, with a play area for toddlers and juniors. Thank you so much to Ana Zavolokina for addressing all our concerns and requests. Thanks to her strict monitoring and quick response, the quality of our stay met our expectations! We tried all the hotel restaurants, and our favorite was A La Turka – a buffet-style restaurant. The selection is vast, and the menu rotation is reasonable. The service is beyond praise. Our little one always had his favourite porridge & berries, which aren't included in the daily breakfast buffet. Any requests were always accommodated – thank you so much! We send our sincere thanks to Sharazar John, Anupa Tamang, Vineeta, Jayatree, Adkhamkhon, and Phu. They made our visits to A La Turka truly special. Remembering our preferences by the third day was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for your attentiveness and high level of service. It's actually hard to describe all the people, but most of the staff provide excellent service! Our cleaning specialist, Sushil, did an excellent job. On his days off, the quality of the cleaning wasn't as high. We are so grateful for his tact, fast and high-quality cleaning, and aesthetically pleasing arrangement of items! Everything is quite beautiful, there are different photos of the area. The entertainment at the bar was interesting, unfortunately I forgot to ask the name of the entertainer at the bar :( but he's great! He connects well with people, all the evening entertainment was easy and interesting thanks to his skills and charisma! Sometimes he is also work at toddlers area and gets along well even with a toddlers 🥰 We will definitely come back here during the velvet season
