Our stay at the hotel is coming to an end, and I'd like to share my review. The hotel is wonderful – the grounds are well-maintained, with lots of greenery and trees, birds, and relaxation areas. The pool area has an ice cream and fresh fruit area, as well as a bar. There are three pools for adults and a mini water park for children, with a play area for toddlers and juniors. Thank you so much to Ana Zavolokina for addressing all our concerns and requests. Thanks to her strict monitoring and quick response, the quality of our stay met our expectations! We tried all the hotel restaurants, and our favorite was A La Turka – a buffet-style restaurant. The selection is vast, and the menu rotation is reasonable. The service is beyond praise. Our little one always had his favourite porridge & berries, which aren't included in the daily breakfast buffet. Any requests were always accommodated – thank you so much! We send our sincere thanks to Sharazar John, Anupa Tamang, Vineeta, Jayatree, Adkhamkhon, and Phu. They made our visits to A La Turka truly special. Remembering our preferences by the third day was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for your attentiveness and high level of service. It's actually hard to describe all the people, but most of the staff provide excellent service! Our cleaning specialist, Sushil, did an excellent job. On his days off, the quality of the cleaning wasn't as high. We are so grateful for his tact, fast and high-quality cleaning, and aesthetically pleasing arrangement of items! Everything is quite beautiful, there are different photos of the area. The entertainment at the bar was interesting, unfortunately I forgot to ask the name of the entertainer at the bar :( but he's great! He connects well with people, all the evening entertainment was easy and interesting thanks to his skills and charisma! Sometimes he is also work at toddlers area and gets along well even with a toddlers 🥰 We will definitely come back here during the velvet season

- Please inform Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites - Ultra All Inclusive in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Rixos will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passport, UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID’s are accepted. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Alternatively, if the passenger travelling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking. Please note that all bookings required a full payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card payments. Payment is required to be made with 24hours of booking. Visa, Amex and Mastercard payments are accepted through the secure link. Bookings may be cancelled in case of non-payments. New year's eve dinner is compulsory, rates on 31 December include the gala dinner supplement of AED 2890 per adult. Extra guests & children's price will be charged upon check-in. Child: 3Y-12Y AED 1430/child, below 3Y complimentary. All Inclusive accommodation is free of charge for the first child aged under 12 sharing a room with their parents. For a second child from 6 to 12 years old, a supplement of AED 475 per night will be charged upon check-in. For All Inclusive Bookings at Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites The All Day Dining restaurants do not require any reservation.
- Reservation Terms & Conditions for our A La Carte Restaurant:
- - The Hotel reserves the right to revise the operating hours of restaurants and bars according to functioning capacity. - Minimum length of 3-nights stay is required for A La Carte usage. - For three-night stays guests are eligible for complimentary use of two a la carte restaurants at maximum. - For stays above four nights, guests are eligible for complimentary use of three times in a la carte restaurants at maximum, however, extra usage can be requested and will be subject to availability. - A la carte restaurants must be booked in advance at the “restaurant reservation desk” located in the lobby, and bookings are subject to availability. - As per our all-inclusive offering, guests are entitled to have dinner with unlimited in-house alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages at our a la carte restaurants. - All bookings of the a la carte restaurants are subject to availability and the use of a la carte during the above-mentioned stay periods is not guaranteed. - The dress code in all a la carte restaurants is Smart Casual. Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans or tailored shorts and closed shoes. Slippers or Sandals are not allowed in our a la carte restaurants. UAE National attire is welcome
