I have stayed in many hotels both privately and professionally, and I rarely write reviews. However, my experience at Mena Apart Hotel truly deserves one. As a long-term guest, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service and hospitality throughout my stay. From the security team, the pool staff, and housekeeping, to especially the reception team — everyone was consistently kind, professional, and supportive. A special thank you to Nethum, Khaled and Rosel at reception. Their help, patience, and genuine care made a real difference for me in many situations during my stay. They went above and beyond, not only with excellent service but also with kindness and support that I truly appreciated. Employees like this are exactly what every hotel could wish for.
