I have stayed in many hotels both privately and professionally, and I rarely write reviews. However, my experience at Mena Apart Hotel truly deserves one. As a long-term guest, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service and hospitality throughout my stay. From the security team, the pool staff, and housekeeping, to especially the reception team — everyone was consistently kind, professional, and supportive. A special thank you to Nethum, Khaled and Rosel at reception. Their help, patience, and genuine care made a real difference for me in many situations during my stay. They went above and beyond, not only with excellent service but also with kindness and support that I truly appreciated. Employees like this are exactly what every hotel could wish for. They represent Mena Apart Hotel in the best possible way. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I am truly grateful for everything. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
