First time staying at The St. Regis Bangkok for a 4d3n trip. The location is great with direct BTS access, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I managed to purchase the St. Regis Bear! However, service fell a bit short as staff forgot our requested children's amenities and required a reminder. The experience felt a bit underwhelming for the brand, so I will have to consider whether to stay here again the next time I'm in Bangkok.
