This property has the feel of a resort right in the heart of a major shopping district in Bangkok. There are so many things to love about Grand Hyatt Erawan such as the restaurants, the spa, the best fitness center of any hotel I've ever stayed in but I want to highlight the best thing of all, the service. The outstanding kindness and efficiency of this staff is unparalleled. They are detail oriented and provide exceptional service in big and small ways. For example, my husband was fighting allergies and we came back to our room to find extra kleenex boxes placed in our room. The housekeeping staff, wait staff, and laundry service are all top notch. We even met the General Manager who was very kind and interested in feedback. This place feels like home and we will return as often as our travels take us to Bangkok. A truly special property.

- • Refurbishment work is taking place daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM from May 2026 to middle of 2027. The guestrooms, suites, and villas will be under enhancement programme with all work areas fully isolated to minimise any impact on the guest experience.
- • All hotel facilities, including restaurants, swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa, will remain fully operational. A deposit may be required at the property.
