The Quart Ruamrudee by UHG

The staff and service at this hotel are absolutely wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to the reception team and especially to the young man who helped us with our luggage — you were amazing! Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite old and the rooms definitely need some renovation. The first issue was the very small fridge, which was mostly taken up by the minibar, so there was almost no space for the fruit and other food we bought. We also had a more serious issue during our stay. While taking a shower, water somehow went through the glass panel between the bathroom and the room and flooded the room. The staff reacted very quickly, fixed everything, and moved us to another room, which we really appreciated. However, the second room had its own problems. The humidity was extremely high, and the floors were constantly wet. The water pressure was also very poor — we had to wait for the water to reach the room properly. In the first room, we had the opposite problem and there was no cold water. We also found mold behind the bed in the second room. So overall, it was a mixed experience. The staff and service were fantastic, and the location is excellent — very convenient, with everything you need nearby and easy access to the rest of the area. The main thing that needs improvement is definitely the condition of the rooms and the hotel itself. With some renovation and maintenance, this could be a really great place to stay.
