As others have also commented. They might try to slip u a different type of room. We booked a deluxe double room and they gave us a smaller single room. Receptionist blatantly keeps on denying that the room is different from the one booked. Later switched to a deluxe twin room as apparently every room is booked. I have stayed here before and booked the same room. Service has definitely deteriorated. Not coming back.
