As others have also commented. They might try to slip u a different type of room. We booked a deluxe double room and they gave us a smaller single room. Receptionist blatantly keeps on denying that the room is different from the one booked. Later switched to a deluxe twin room as apparently every room is booked. I have stayed here before and booked the same room. Service has definitely deteriorated. Not coming back.

- Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only (except for nonrefundable booking). When settling the bill, the property will accept credit card (only Visa or Mastercard) or cash in Thai Baht only. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in. Guests are also required to place a refundable deposit of THB 500 via cash in only the Thai Baht (THB) currency during check-in.
- Guests who check out after 12.00 noon will be charged 50% of the room rate. Guests who check out after 16.00 will be charged one night's room rate.
- Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guests name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
