What should you tell Reem?
- The topic and the audience. "A class presentation on renewable energy for grade 9", "a project update for my manager".
- How many slides.
- The language. Arabic, English, or both.
- Your content, if you have it. Notes, a document, a photo of a page, or a link.
- Anything about the look. Your colours, your logo, a simple or a bold style.
How do you make one, step by step?
- Ask for the deck. "A 10-slide presentation on the history of Diriyah for a school project, in Arabic."
- Get the file. Reem sends a .pptx you can open in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and edit.
- Change any slide. "Slide 4 has too much text", "Add a slide with a timeline", "Use our colours."
- Ask for a PDF too, if you need one. "And a PDF to print." The same deck in another format doesn't use a new document.
What does it cost?
Asking is free. Each new deck uses one document from your plan's monthly allowance. Changes, Reem's own fixes and a PDF of the same deck don't use one.
FAQ
Is the file editable?
Yes. By default it's a normal PowerPoint file with real text boxes and tables, not pictures of slides. Slides made only of pictures are possible, but only if you ask for them.
Does Arabic work properly?
Yes. Arabic slides are built right to left, including tables. If a slide has too much text to read comfortably, Reem splits it over two slides instead of shrinking the text.
Can Reem edit a presentation I already have?
Yes. Send her your .pptx (or a PDF) and say what to change, or ask her to merge two decks into one.
