I stay one week in Room 1024. Throughout my stay, I found the rooms to be exceptionally clean, and the staff to be very polite and professional. The breakfast was average, but the room service was excellent and prompt. The hotel is conveniently located, about 15 minutes’ walk from the Haram. In addition, the hotel provides a shuttle bus for transportation to and from the Haram. The driver, Fada’a, was extremely helpful, cooperative, and genuinely courteous. The reception team was welcoming and kind, and I would especially like to thank **Mr. Muhammad Al-Harbi** for his warm hospitality and excellent service. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-managed stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
