I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. The entire hotel always smelled amazing, whether you were walking into the lobby, getting off the elevator, or even walking through the hallways. I also loved that they had fresh flowers in the lobby every day—it was such a nice touch. The hospitality was excellent. The security staff were always downstairs, welcoming guests, helping with the elevators, and making everyone feel comfortable. A special thank you to the housekeeping teams on the 11th and 14th floors—they were incredibly kind, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. My only small suggestion is that the handheld bidet spray in our bathroom needed a little maintenance, as it wasn’t working properly. I mentioned it at check-out, and I’m sure it’s an easy fix. Aside from that, everything was great. Overall, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team, especially خلود الجهني, ايمن الجرافي, and the housekeeping staff on the 11th and 14th floors. I would definitely stay here again!
