​My stay at Dar Al Hijra InterContinental was fantastic. The location near the Haram is unbeatable, and the hotel is super clean with easy access to surrounding services. Special thanks to Mr. Sultan and the reception staff for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with options catering to all dietary needs. Highly recommended—I look forward to returning!

  • During the holy month of Ramadan, reservations including Breakfast will be served with Sohour.
  • For convenient access to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, guests may use Gate 24 (Men) and Gate 17 (Women).
  • Reservations not guaranteed with a valid credit card may be released after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee or prepay the reservation must be presented upon check-in. If the card cannot be verified or the cardholder is not present, an alternative method of payment will be required, and the hotel reserves the right to decline the reservation.
  • Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Kindly advise us of your estimated arrival time prior to your stay.
  • Where applicable, bank transfer instructions will be shared following reservation confirmation.
  • A refundable security deposit of SAR 500 may be required upon arrival by credit card and will be released after departure, subject to a satisfactory room inspection.
  • Indoor basement parking is available at an additional charge on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the name of the guest and must be presented for verification upon check-in. Please inform Dar Al Hijra InterContinental, an IHG Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of SAR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please keep in mind that reservations booked without a credit card or with an invalid credit card must be re-confirmed with the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. The hotel is not liable for the absence of availability.
