BUG BITES!!! Avoid and book elsewhere nearby. All the rooms are fully carpet, old, and smell like cigarettes. The hallways have no AC. I got bug bites immediately after laying down the first night and told management, and they denied having any insects or bugs instead of trying to accommodate me. After asking for refund, they instead moved me to a different room which was still all carpet. Eventually after one night, I asked for a refund and they refunded me 2/3 nights but the refund was for less than the first night stay. How is it possible that I book from Wed, Thurs, Fri night and you charge me the most for Wed night? Quite a disgrace and disappointment for the level of service and quality compared to other bangkok hotels. There are much better and cheaper hotels in Bangkok. Please avoid this overpriced and overvalued place
