The showers had a really cool feature for the head where it can even turn into mist. However the body towels smelled disgusting like someone used it already yet it was folded neatly like just cleaned. Smelled like nasty gym. Also for a 6500baht per day hotel the room is way too small. My 3000 baht hotel was way huger with in-unit laundry. The laundry service here is unfortunately very overpriced as expected as well. Also note 4000 baht deposit. I do appreciate the many charging ports of the hotel. Despite all this, I’d consider booking again if you have amex plat benefits and like the location. I wish the exterior was more flashy though. It completely loses looks wise to marriott marquis queen which is just a 5 min walk away and 7000 baht per night. Overall the staff were very respectful and fluent in english and professional. I loved that they offered to hold onto my luggage indefinitely after I checked out which helped me alot.
