I arrive on 26/3. I have 2 booking on 31/3，one is no discount and one have discount. I give the discount one to the reception but she give me the no discount one and l have to pay more 5000 yen. How can a great Washington group would have this mistake😱😠😡 l have ask to cancel that expensive charge but refused by 德永さん. Staff are not helpful😨😰😭
