I originally booked for one week but ended up staying for 21 days, which says it all. This is easily one of the cleanest and most affordable hostels in Tokyo. The Highlights: Facilities: The hostel has 7 floors with great amenities. There is a free Onsen and sauna on the 4th floor, which is a rare find for a hostel. They provide free toothbrushes and personal care products. Cleaning & Comfort: The hotel is very clean. Unlike many other hostels, they change the bed linens every day and provide fresh towels for free, even if you need a second one during the day. Location: The location is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance to Ueno Station, Okachimachi Metro, and the Keisei Skyliner. Most tourist spots are either walkable or within an hour's reach. Common Areas: There’s a kitchen and a beautiful Zen garden on the 2nd floor, and laundry/dryer facilities on the 3rd. The common areas on the 2nd and 4th floors are great for relaxing. The Vibe: The staff are incredibly friendly and always smiling. While the interior and furniture are a bit older, it didn’t bother me at all. It actually gives the place a charming retro vibe rather than feeling "dated." Highly recommended for anyone looking for a central, clean, and authentic Tokyo experience!
