We always enjoy staying here. The room is not very large, but it is extremely comfortable and well-equipped with a washing machine and a fully functional kitchen. The bed is comfortable, and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and flexible. The location is also excellent. It is only one station away from both Shibuya and Futako-Tamagawa, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. We also enjoy the nearby parks and the relaxed atmosphere of the neighborhood. Overall, it has always been a comfortable and pleasant place for us to stay whenever we visit Tokyo.

- The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.
- For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash). For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.
- Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge.
- Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge. A deposit may be required at the property.
