The room was spacious and clean. However, the experience was ruined by the attitude of some staff members, particularly a middle-aged man at the desk. I paid a decent amount for my stay and expected to be treated with basic respect, not like a trespasser. If management wants to verify guest keys or legal status, staff should learn to ask politely rather than making guests feel targeted and uncomfortable!
