I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and overall I'm very satisfied with it. The mattress was soft and comfortable. And the hotel offers 1 extra pillow per guest that you can choose based on your personal preferences of softness. It made me sleep very well every night. The hotel's location is perfect. It has Family Mart and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's just a very short walk to JR Shin-Koiwa Station. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast buffet and free evening drinks are great. The staffs were all very friendly and polite. And they offer room cleaning service. (You can even let them clean daily if you want, just stick the magnet sign on your door. This is rare in Japan.) I'll definitely stay in this hotel again next time I visit Japan.
