The service was great, lovely staff. But the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pillow provided had stiff beans in it and was not suitable to sleep on at all- I had to sleep on my neck pillow. There were pillows provided downstairs but they were all taken, it seems like people took more than what they should. The room is small, very small. There is no room to keep it open if you want a walkway. As for the location, the hotel is quite far from any attractions or main shopping areas. This hotel is good if you want a quick cheap place to stay for convenience
