Fantastic hotel. Great location. Great price. Friendly staff. Yes its a bit tired and dated but its spotless and your room will be so much bigger than anything similar price wise in Tokyo. We had a room with a couch, double bed which lead onto a little hall area with Japanese toilet, sink area and full walk in shower with a bath tub to boot. Hotel provides all toiletries and was just fantastic. Good area. 10 min walk or so from Shinjuku station. Room are smoking but our room didn't smell at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
