- Directions from JR Shin-Okubo Station: From the exit of the station, go right, walk under the underpass, then take the third corner right (by Seven-Eleven convenience store). The hotel is 164 feet straight ahead on the left hand side of the street.
- Direction From Narita Airport: Take Keisei Skyliner (Express Train) from Narita Airport to Nippori (about 40 minutes). At Nippori, change to JR Yamanote Line (towards Ikebukuro/Shinjuku), and get off at Shin-Okubo Station (9 stations/about 25 minutes).
- Please note that children under the age of 6 cannot be accommodated at this property. Guests cannot share the existing beds, and all guests need to sleep on their own bed.
- Only guests staying at this hotel are allowed in the guest rooms. Friends of family members cannot enter the guest rooms.
- Please note deluxe twin room is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevators at the property. A deposit may be required at the property.
