A ruined vacation thanks to the old grandfather at the reception who made us pay a fine for checking out 5 minutes late. They started threatening us with the police. They didn't explain any rules to us before we checked in. We also paid 20,000 yen for staying in a room with two beds, even though we had booked a room with separate beds. I would never recommend this hotel.
