I've stayed here many times: it's a superb budget option in a fantastic location - very close to Suitengumae subway station (about 7 minutes walk maximum) and easily gives you access to wherever you want, from both the airports to Shibuya or Akihabara or Shinjuku wherever. Obviously, the rooms are small as is usual for even much more expensive hotels in Japan but they have everything you need. The staff are very helpful indeed as well. I had a letter with Ghibli Museum tickets delivered here a month before arriving and it was there waiting for me for when I arrived for example. Book with confidence.
