I had to rate this one badly. It creeps me out that even on the women only floor, the male workers come in to clean. Even in the shower rooms. It’s odd. A women only floor should be women only. There are cameras in there so if anything happens, there will be proof, but still. Please only hire women workers to work on the women’s floor. Nonetheless, the kindness of everyone who worked there was great. If not, I would’ve rated 0 stars. The capsules were okay! A bit stuffy sometimes and my outlet didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone there but that was it.the showers were moldy. The washing machine did a terrible job at cleaning my clothing even after using it twice but maybe that only happened to me. Ah, and my clothes steamer was stolen out of the bathroom. Based on these other reviews, it seems like it could have been the staff taking it away due to it being left out.
