We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 (8 and 11 year old) in a Comfort Quadruple Room which had a double bunk bed. Hotel and Room entry is via a code entered at the door. Room size was adequate. Beds were very comfortable. Room was well equipped with fridge, kettle, stove and many crockery and cutlery. As other mentioned, only washer available on the room (no dryer but a drying rack was provided in the room). Location was excellent. So many food options and supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. Family Mart is only a minute away. Less than 10 minutes walk to Kamata station. Keikyu Kamata station is less than 20 minutes walk away which is a direct link to Haneda Airport. Great convenient location and clean rooms.
