Open in Google MapsLocated near the Kayabacho station in Nihonbashi this business hotel has a pronto cafe directly attached and easily accessible with breakfast and lunch options. Bed is very soft and layered with multiple pillows for comfort, TV is programmed to display hotel policies and check out procedures. Air purifier is high quality and virtually noiseless. Housekeeping staff very punctual and surprisingly provided me with a new set of PJs every morning and room slippers. Lobby is well stocked with basic toiletries like hairbrush, razors, facial cleaners and lotion if you forgot to pack your own. Free coffee and tea for guests provided downstairs in lobby. I liked that they have coin laundry onsite, machine is password protected and auto dispenses detergent so you don’t have to buy. My only complaint is the discriminatory attitude from front desk staff. I understand this is a standard business hotel usually catered to domestic travelers but I stayed here 4 nights total and every single staff I interacted with was very dismissive and short with Non-Japanese guests. Unironically, their whole attitude changes as they greet Japanese guests good morning, good afternoon and good evening with no hesitation and a pleasant expression. Another foreign guest complained to me about receiving the same treatment.
