i stayed here for about 1–2 months during the covid quarantine period a few years ago. overall, it was a decent place to stay. at the time, it cost a little over ¥250,000 per month. the location was definitely the biggest advantage. there were fast food restaurants, drugstores, and an anytime fitness nearby (i can’t remember if it was in the same building or just next door), which made daily life convenient. the only downside during my stay was the soundproofing. i could constantly hear noise from the upstairs unit, which became noticeable during a longer stay. one thing that really concerned me was the booking process. i booked a long-term stay by email and paid in advance, but i didn’t receive an immediate reply or even an automated confirmation email. for a while, i genuinely thought i had been scammed. they did eventually respond, and everything turned out fine, but the lack of communication after payment made the experience unnecessarily stressful. even an automatic confirmation email would go a long way in giving guests peace of mind. overall, it’s a convenient place to stay, but i think the communication during the booking process and the soundproofing could be improved.
