Even though checkout was at 10:00, we were charged an extra ¥1,760 when we left at 10:55. There is a strong smell of dampness in the hotel corridors and rooms. The windows are frosted, so you cannot see outside. A strange odor filled the room when we turned on the air conditioning. The receptionist displayed an extremely poor attitude. They had a combative personality. I recommend looking for alternatives.
