The hotel interior is very dated, and unfortunately, there was absolutely no one who spoke English. Even though I had booked a double room, they couldn't locate my reservation because their system wasn't working; despite my exhaustion, they kept me waiting at reception for three hours. In the end—even though I had paid for a double—they claimed they didn't have one available and put me in a single room instead. On the second day, they suddenly found a double room for me, but I received no refund whatsoever for the time I spent in the single room despite paying the double room rate.
