The people are friendly but only a few staff members speak basic English. During our stay some of our personal items went missing from the room. We only noticed the items were missing after we left and since this was our first hotel, we are 100% sure they dissapeared here. We tried to mail them and contact them trough Booking.com, but sadly we haven't recieved a single reaction back. Also the beds are extremely hard. We woke up with pains every day, but that also might be because we're used to softer matrasses.
