Air con was not very cooling during our stay. Feedback to staff and they just told us you can just leave and we will refund you. What kind of attitude is this? Stay away. There are other rooms as well booked two that was cooling but accommodation had weird rules and did not allow us to change level (rooms). Pillow is so flat I ended up with a headache for 2 consecutive nights. We booked two rooms with different check in dates. 1 room required us to pay city tax, 1 room did not. Again, this felt dubious as we had to pay in cash or couldn’t get our room. We asked for receipts and staff said they are unable to provide a receipt. Foreigner, beware.
