7 min walk away from Nippori station, I think it was the last or before the last stop on the Keisei main line train from Narita airport. That's probably the best thing about it. I chose this hotel because I was coming from Dubai, my trip was over 13h with a stop in Qatar, and what I wanted to do is take the cheapest train ticket to the station that will get me into Tokyo (Keisei main line train not the skyliner) and Nippori station is the one you want to get off at. I paid 8,090 yen for this night, which isnt expensive but not pennies either. What I really liked was the cleanliness of the room, the little amenities like the shampoos and face washes were also nice. It was insulting that there wasn't even 1 or 2 small water bottles in the room and I had to buy those from the indoor vending machine. The staff werent always at the front desk which was weird to me, I wanted help with using the laundry room. Anyway, overall B- stay.
