People says the main issue is the up slope, it didn’t happen to me cause I didn’t go from Korakuen station, I took the bus until nearest bus stop and it’s only 1 min away after the bus. Room is really cheap, ¥4000 for a semi double bed in a single room. It’s advertised as smoking room, I’m a non-smoker and the room wasn’t even that bad with smell. And the room is definitely cleaned with new bed sheets. This is a great value for staying. The only tiny flaw is there’s a big gap between the shower and room and it trapped me once. Overall I’m satisfied with it.
