The room itself is fine, but my friend accidentally selected a smoking room and they refused to change it to a non-smoking one. Normally, hotels would allow a change if possible, but the staff here were extremely rude. Their attitude, facial expressions, and the way they spoke were very unprofessional. There are many ways to communicate politely, but the staff handled the situation very poorly. Their English was also difficult to understand, which made things even more frustrating. Bad experience ever!
