Very close to JR station but to connect to Haneda Airport the Keikyu-Hamada station is around 800-900m away. There are good restaurants around and there’s even a Don Quijote 24hrs. Location is decent. Rooms are too small and there barely space to stand and not even enough to open a medium suitcase .. but that’s more or less most of Tokyo. They have a public bath but didn’t try it. Polite staff. Overall a decent short stay if you have connections to/from Haneda Airport.
