4.5, 4.5, very convenient and straightforward stay! beds were comfy and everything is set already, they have multiple lounge areas and even free coffee and other amenities. i loved their spa/onsen inside! such a wonder bath especially after a flight! i only wish that the stay wasnt only from 7pm-10am as i think that is pretty short.
