I would like to share my disappointing experience at this hostel. 1. The hostel requires all guests to check out of their rooms at 11:00 AM every day, and guests are not allowed to stay in the room until 3:00 PM. This is extremely inconvenient, especially for travelers who need to rest, work remotely, or simply spend time indoors during the day. It feels more like being forced out of the accommodation despite paying for the stay. 2.The sauna is very small, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The lighting inside is extremely dim, making the space feel unpleasant and unsafe. It looks nothing like the photos advertised online. In addition, the toilets constantly have a strong foul odor, making them uncomfortable to use. 3.The common area is far too small for the number of guests. There are only a few tables available, even though eating, drinking, and socializing are only permitted in this area. The hostel also does not provide a hot water dispenser, making it impossible to prepare instant noodles or other simple meals. There is no free drinking water available either. 3.There is no luggage storage service after checkout, which is highly inconvenient for travelers arriving early or departing late. 4. There is only one lift for 9 floor. So you need to wait very long time every time you want to go down. (The bathroom is in separate floor) Overall, the facilities and services provided do not match the expectations created by the listing, and the guest experience was disappointing.
