Open in Google MapsWanted a bigger place to stay in and this looked promising. I have stayed in other apartment-hotels in Japan before and this one so far is the nicest. Checking in was easy. Choosing the 3 bed 2 bunker bedroom with 2 toilets accommodation was the best for us. The room looked and smelled clean! The beds and comforters/blankets were spotless. They provide slippers and pajamas. You get 1 small pillow per bed, so if you need more, you better bring your own. The room was very well maintained. The tables and chairs are sturdy and the mini library was a very nice touch. It has a small kitchenette with a small 2 door refrigerator/freezer, a microwave and an electric kettle. The bathroom is spacious, for Japan stamdards, and they provide a bath and hand towel set for the number of people the room is intended for. Again, towels here are better quality than most apartels. I do have complaints regarding the lack of counter space and places to hang clothes and towels, apart from the small cabinet by the door. For our room for 5, there was only 1 side table, about 20" in diameter and the dining table. In the bathroom, you only had counter space around the sink and no towel racks or even hooks. There is a really small foldable clothes drying rack but cant even hold the number towels in the room. There are also just 2 rather large dust bins for trash. So there is a tendency to hold on to your rubbish around the room and bathroom before you can chuck it in the waste basket. They have a common area for laundry needs and there are cleaning supplies that are "free to rent". As for the location, the neighborhood is nice. Very quiet. Near a train station and has a small grocery nearby. Safe to walk around in the evening if you want to go to the 24 hour supermarket, about 10-15 minutes away. Another downside is the train station. There are not elevators at the nearest stop. So if you have problems going up and down stairs, this is not the place for you.
