Old building, the room was huge for Japanese standard! Could use a luggage rack like other business hotels tho because things were still clean but the carpet in room (and also in elevator) showed signs of aging- with some stains. Less than 5 min walk from Kamata Station south exit (no elevator) but the main entrance is only a couple of minutes away. Amenities were avail at lobby. Combinis and Tokyu supermarket nearby.
