Blue Empire Hotel

I made my reservation through Agoda months ago. Just 1 week before my trip, as I wanted to book my airport transfer, I emailed the hotel to confirm the check-in location (since their listing stated check-in is in a different location). They replied me that they don have my reservation. Subsequent replies stated they did find my reservation under the same name and dates but it was cancelled by them. When I asked for more information on this so-called cancellation, they told me to contact Agoda and ignored my emails. I contacted Agoda and after checking from their side, they confirmed with me that after checking with their booking partner and the property, the reservation has been confirmed (the booking has already been paid for). However, I contacted Blue Empire again (to get the drop off address for airport transfer) and again same reply, they (still) do not have my reservation and did not have any contact or liaise with Agoda at all. At this point, even Agoda informed us that our reservation is indeed confirmed and there is no need to contact the property. On one side, the property kept denying our reservation and brushing us off to contact Agoda, on the other hand Agoda telling us that everything is confirmed (???) With all these red flags, it's likely that the property could be poorly managed with poor internal coordination. As we are traveling with an infant, we decided not to take the risk (do not want to go there and end up getting rejected/stranded) and proceeded to cancel our reservation.
