I stayed at APA Hotel Tokyo Itabashi Ekimae and felt it was a bit underwhelming for the price compared with other APA properties. The room looked quite worn, and I also noticed that noise carried through the walls more than I expected. It was still an okay stay overall, but I would probably look at other options next time.
