I was given literally no information upon check in. I had to go back to make several inquiries, including to inquire about breakfast. The elevator and common areas are incredibly hot. The room smelled of wet carpet and mold. Doesn’t seem a healthy place to stay. One of the worst parts is the laundry room. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers for a hotel with over 150 rooms. Not just that, but a small load of laundry takes 90 minutes to dry properly. Multiple nights I had to wait until 3 am to wash. I would never stay here again.
