I booked a family room based on the description provided on Booking.com, which stated the room would have a balcony, a mountain view, and a bathtub. Unfortunately, none of these were provided. The room itself only had one small space with a king-size bed—there was no kitchen or coffee facilities either. While the room was generally okay, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. What’s worse, someone from the hotel posted a review using my name, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This whole experience was disappointing and certainly not worth the price. 🙅🏼♀️
