Very unwelcoming reception, I am a repeated guest, today I came with my wife and my baby to take earlier check in as per my usual visit, but this attitude reception is not allowing us, I have months old baby and wants to sleep she is crying and uncomfortable, but he doesn’t pay extra service and accomodate us, 3 guests have already went out for check-out, and request him maybe he can help us earlier. But he doesn’t care and avoid us. I recommend for you Iris Boutique, if you’re regular guest they will take good care of you they have the best team for hospitality. Definitely cutting my visiy here in this hotel. They’re purely business with no extra wow factors service from their reception down to their bill boys.
