It’s my first time in Saudi Arabia and unfortunately, my experience in this hotel was not the best. The service is absolutely zero. Nobody answers the phone and the reception guy was tricky. He tried to get me a room behind the hotel for 300 riyals instead of giving me a room in the hotel itself. I had to argue with them. They gave me a room in the second floor. But for the location of the hotel and the view is good rooms are not bad although the bathroom has no luck. I hope they improve their service and other stuff.
