Upon checking in, they refuse to accept it even we have already the booking. The front of the house that time was very rude and insisting that we still have a balance even though we book thru almosafer. After 20mins he called the supervisor and thats the time we checked in. During check in exactly at 2am upto 4am the telephone was ringing for about 4times and when i try to answer it no one is answering. Up to the point that i need to hang the phone so that it will stop ringing. It ruined our sleep knowing I have 3 babies with me. During checkout, the front of the house wearing uniform of gardens view hotel. I humbly ask if we can check out. He said yes and when I ask him how was the check out going on he told me we can go out even though in the website im still checked in on my status. And when I showed it to him. With a very rude tone of voice "its done here you can leave" its under my name with my iqama on it thats why I just want to make sure of it. It just ruined our vacation time. Front of the house was so rude. It happened january 2, 2026 12am upon checking in and january 2, 2026 around 12:44pm during check out. For some people who are planning to checked in here I don't recommend here. They put 7.4 score in hotel.com in their front desk but I dont think so it was real. How come the front of the house is not smiling at all or maybe show some respect to their guest.
